Kari Pearce is a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, ISSA Nutritionist, former elite athlete, and the founder of KP Living— a fitness lifestyle brand dedicated to helping women create healthier, happier lives through fitness, hormonal health, self-care, and positive habits.
With a B.S. in Movement Science from the University of Michigan and over 27 years of experience competing in a variety of sports, Kari’s passion for health and wellness runs deep.

Her journey took a transformative turn when she discovered her own hormonal imbalances after retiring from competition. Determined to understand her body on a deeper level, Kari worked closely with nutritionists and doctors, leading her to earn certifications focused on women’s fitness and nutrition. This experience not only reshaped her own health but also ignited her mission to support women through every stage of life—from managing hormones and mindset to fitness and nutrition.
Kari’s approach to wellness is all about balance—helping women embrace their unique bodies and build sustainable habits that fit into real life. Her programs focus on self-care, learning, and replacing negative habits with positive ones, empowering women to feel strong, confident, and happy
from the inside out.
Outside of the gym, Kari’s favorites reveal her playful and adventurous side. She absolutely loves fajitas (as long as they come with guacamole) and admits that the way to her heart is Funfetti—though she’s never one to turn down a scoop (or two) of ice cream. An avid traveler, Hawaii and Switzerland hold a special place in her heart for their beauty and endless opportunities to explore.
