REFUND POLICY

​At KP Fitness and KP Living, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fitness programs designed to support your health and wellness journey. We understand that circumstances change and sometimes a program may not meet your needs. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refunds for our online fitness programs.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for online fitness programs are available under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the program within the first 30 days of purchase, we will offer a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase.

  • Program Access: If you have accessed more than 50% of the course content (viewing, downloading, or participating in resets) or have completed certain assessments or tasks in the program, we may not be able to provide a refund.

  • Special Offers or Discounts: If the program was purchased through a limited-time promotion or discount, the 30-day money-back guarantee may not apply. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@karipearce.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 30 days of your purchase.

  2. Provide Your Details: Include the email address used to purchase the program, your order number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

  3. Evaluation: We may request additional information to ensure that the refund is eligible under our policy.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is submitted, we will review your case and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, although depending on your financial institution, it may appear sooner!

4. No Refunds After 30 Days

  • We do not offer refunds for any program after 30 days from the original purchase date.

  • If you decide the program is not a fit after the 30-day window, please reach out to us. We are happy to discuss other options, including transferring to another program or offering support to maximize your experience.

5. Program Transfers

In some cases, we may allow you to transfer to another program of equal or lesser value if the original program was not a fit. Please reach out to us to discuss this option.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Live Coaching Sessions: Refunds are not available for live, one-on-one coaching sessions or group coaching calls after they have been booked or attended.

  • Digital Downloads and Resources: If you have downloaded program resources (such as PDFs, videos, or audio files), they may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new policy will apply to all new purchases made after the update.
